Royal Society of Chemistry Now Providing Citation Linking

From the CHMINF-L list, July 14/06:

The Royal Society of Chemistry has introduced a 'Forward Linking' option which provides 'Search for citing articles' links, at the article level. This feature is freely available to non-subscribers.

Trial of Environmental Chemistry (from Australia's CSIRO)

This trial works only if you are on-campus, until October 13, 2006.

Go to: http://www.publish.csiro.au/journals/env

Then select the issue you would like to view from 'Online Content' in the left hand menu.

They also have a free early alert service so you know when each new issue is released.

Molecular Biosystems (RSC) News

New additional online features in Molecular BioSystems will include links to major databases including PubChem, links to freely downloadable ChemDraw figures for significant structures, RSS feeds for journal advance articles and 3D visualisations for complex molecules. Just introduced as part of the RSC's established Electronic Supplementary Information Service, links are provided to generate a visualisation of any molecule with a PDB identification code, using FirstGlance in Jmol. Molecules are shown in three-dimensional form, with many options available for customising the view and zooming into specific areas of interest.
