Campus Calgary Digital Library Groundbreaking today

There have been many emails sent out about this one. In case you didn't get any of those emails, or haven't seen the huge white tent being set up between the library block and Mac Hall (complete with a tunnel between the library and tent), today is the day for the Campus Calgary Digital Library groundbreaking.

A backhoe has been ordered. There will be a minister. There will be media coverage. And cake. There is also a huge screen that has been set up in the Library Link, so if you can't make it into the tent, it looks like you can watch it from the ground floor of the library.

It starts at 10:30 a.m. I'll be at the first half hour, and watching the rest from the reference desk after 11. And having cake, hopefully.
