Hi all, we’re currently experiencing trouble accessing all Elsevier content (Science Direct, journals, etc). We’re working with Elsevier to ID the problem, but in the meantime, if you’re on campus you can remove the ezproxy portion of the URL and Elsevier will recognize the campus IP address and let you through.
For instance http://ezproxy.lib.ucalgary.ca:2048/login?url=http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/search/ is currently resulting in an error:
But if you manually remove the part highlighted in yellow (.ezproxy.lib.ucalgary.ca) you’ll get through. That should work for all journal content as well.

Quick update: the interruption was due to one of our users systematically downloading from Elsevier, not due to technical problems.
