This has actually been out for a while, but I just found out about it. It's a free dictionary that you can add to Word or Open Office so that chemical names don't show up as typos (with the red squiggly lines under them.) There are about 104,000 terms in the dictionary, focusing more on the organic side of chemistry.

Installation was pretty straightforward - download the .zip file, extract, and then follow the instructions in the install.txt file. There might be some workarounds for Macs - have a look at the comments section first.
